If brunch happiness had a home, it’d be at Tin Roast! We stopped in today and were immediately greeted with $1 mimosas... yes, ONE DOLLAR. Naturally, we did what any responsible adult would do: ordered the flight (because why choose just one?). Every flavor was a hit, and the vibe was pure sunshine-in-a-glass. I had the Summer Salad, and it was absolutely terrific fresh, bright, and just what you want on a perfect weekend day. But the real star of the show? The bartender (whose name I sadly forgot but whose energy I’ll never forget). She was mixing up creative mocktails, let us all sample them, and turned what could’ve been a regular brunch into a full-on tasting experience. The service? Friendly, fun, and genuinely amazing. The atmosphere? Chill yet lively. The drinks? Dangerous in the best possible way. 10/10 for Tin Roast, can’t wait to go back and do it all over again!

We arrived at the restaurant (we had reservations for the sleigh bar) during a very busy time. There were several large tables filled as well as our table of four adults, toddler and an infant. We had the pleasure of dining in the sleigh bar. However, the most amazing and wonderful part of our dining experience was our server, KAYLEE. She was waiting on every single table in the slave bar by herself. She was absolutely amazing. I have never seen a waitress work so hard and keep everyone happy. She was one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had and we tipped her $70 because she was that good. I was surprised there was only one server for all of those people, but Kaylee handled it beautifully. Because of her wonderful service I would come back again. We were blown away at how well she handled so many people. This waitress deserves all the praise that management can give her. It could have been a disaster if it was someone else handling this many tables at once.

Haven’t been back to this place for over a year. The last time we came the food was not good at all, but today their food was very good! Recommend ordering: - Sweet potato hash (better than the Huevos rancheros if you like a good hash) - Mac and cheese - Unicorn waffle (not sickeningly sweet but if you like sweeter then try something else) Cons: Their drinks aren’t the best. You can tell their coffee is way too watered down for the cold brew. I got an espresso martini and it was 90% martini and the espresso tasted like watered down coffee. Overall, a much better experience than the last time we came! Their food have improved but their drinks could use some work, especially their cocktails and coffee. I’ve had many espresso martinis before and it was one of the lesser ones I’ve had. Service is good and ambiance is nice.

Had a surprise birthday party for my wife. Mckenzie was my coordinator. Amazing job! We had a beautiful setup on high top tables, menus made for the guests to choose. Kaylee our server could not ask for an amazing person. Personality and kindness was so awesome with a large group. Handle with no problem. Can not say amazing bar staff and kitchen staff. Everyone commented how wonderful the food was. Guests never been there before will be back. The decorations and amotsophere was outstanding. Thanks to the whole team. Well done

The food was great and presented nicely. I had the Caprese Panini and the bread was warm and soft and everything about the sandwich was fantastic. My husband had the haystack and it looked amazing and he said it was fabulous. Price was a little high, but it was a brunch which typically runs higher.

My family visited Tin Roost for the first time Saturday. We arrived at lunch time and were seated right away. Our waitress came by with water in a bottle (we love self serve water so we don't have to bother the waitresses/waiters.) I'm sure we could have asked for some, but ice in the glass would have been nice. We ordered immediately. On the first trip, my husband and I generally try to order something different so we can try each other but for some reason he chose the same. We both ordered the chicken tortilla salad. It was huge and very tasty. It has a good flavor but some of my chicken was burnt. I had to skip a couple of the pieces. My next critique is my personal opinion. I would like the dressing on the side and will order it that way next time. Since I was only able to eat half, the portion I took home was a little soggy due to being mixed. Please, more beans and corn. Our daughter had the cheeseburger and fruit cup. I realize it's a child's burger but there are no toppings other than cheese. Our waitress did disappear a lot so we had to have the server get her. Apparently he only heard "get the waitress" and not where we asked for the bill. She came by, asked if we wanted a to-go box. You would think if you bring back a to-go box that you would also bring back the bill? Nope, she didn't, she dropped off the box and left. When she came back out she had drinks for another table and then immediately went to the next table and took their order. I went to the vehicle with our daughter and left my husband there to wait for the bill. This next part was odd, I don't know if she's used to asking it, but she asked him if it was separate orders. If it was a separate orders, I've already walked out without paying. And no, we are a family sitting here. We are one bill. For us, our first meals were good but service needs tweaking. On a side note, they have booths, tables both low and high inside. Outside. They have a huge patio with outdoor seating and some TVs. Looks like they have live music sometimes. Speaking of music, we were seated right underneath their speaker so it was a little bit loud inside.

Our first vist we sat at the bar, atmosphere was nice. Had the pork tenderloin sandwich and fries food was great. While we were sitting there we had a chance to visit with the manager she was very nice and professional. While sitting there we got a sampler of the PB&J Cheesecake beer and it was very good. Will definitely stop in again when I the area. Very good experience.
